Helpful Infromation
Breastmilk
Please send no more than 10ml of breastmilk per order. This amount is perfect to create several pieces. If you have less breastmilk, that's completely fine, I can work with any amount over 1ml.
Hair
Send 1-3 cm of hair, and I’ll ensure it’s crafted into your piece in the most aesthetic way possible.
Placenta / Baby’s Cord Stump
You can send one placenta pill or a small piece of your baby’s dried cord stump.
Ashes
Please send 1/4 teaspoon of ashes.
Important Notes
- Any leftover inclusions, except breastmilk, will be returned to you.
- Your perfectly preserved breastmilk will be kept on file for three years.
When packaging your inclusions:
- Breastmilk should be sent in a double-bagged breastmilk storage bag to prevent leakage. Breastmilk is over 90% water, so it doesn’t spoil during transit, and it doesn’t matter how old the sample is.
- All other inclusions should be sent in either zip-lock bags or milk storage bags.
- Please ensure your order number is clearly labeled on everything you send.
Shipping Information
- Within Australia: You can send your package via Australia Post.
- International Orders: Australia has strict biosecurity regulations. You’ll receive a copy of my permit to import your inclusions, along with a declaration form. Please print this off and include it with your package before posting.
Crafting Time Guarantee.
Once your package of inclusions reaches me, I’ll have your perfectly created piece(s) completed and back in the post within 21 days. If, for any reason, this doesn’t happen, you’ll receive a 100% refund. Please note that the time it takes for your inclusions to reach me and the return postage time are not included in this guarantee.
A Note on Uniqueness
Every drop of breastmilk, every strand of hair, and every inclusion is perfectly unique. No two pieces will ever look exactly the same. Small signs of bubbles, floating shimmers, or flecks may appear once your bead has fully hardened. This is completely normal and part of the magic of handmade.
Due to the custom nature of these pieces, I have a no-refund policy.
With milky love,
Amy McGlade
